ATTITUDE – Stand-Up as an Art Form
Attitude is an eight-week structured stand-up comedy course culminating in a live showcase performance.
Next cohort begins mid-May 2026.
Venue: Central Bath location (TBC).
The programme unfolds progressively, beginning with performance dynamics and audience awareness, before developing persona, material and structure.
What We Explore
Performance Dynamics – Working with presence and live responsiveness.
Attitude – Exploring stance, persona and perspective.
Material – Generating original work rooted in observation and voice.
Structure – Shaping coherence, flow and timing.
Technique – Delivery, rhythm, handling laughter and stagecraft.
Texture – Voice, language, physicality and the subtle details that give performance depth.

Duration: 8 weeks
Session Length: 2–2.5 hours
Culmination: Live showcase performance in front of a supportive audience
Cohort size kept intentionally small to support focused work and group cohesion
